I like to start the conversation about all things real estate to check in with what your goals are, your current knowledge of the process, the market, and generally what to expect. It's a great opportunity for me to get to know you, for you to get to know me and for us to map out our game plan.

initial consult
It may seem a little bold to start the process with a lender before you have found your dream home, but hear me out! It's good to see where you stand financially and how comfortable you are with your future mortgage payment before we go out and look at houses. A lot of time my clients start looking on Redfin or Zillow before they even understand their buying power. This also gives us more wiggle room when we decide we want to switch neighborhoods or offer up to keep competitive when you find "the one".

Once we get you through all the intro steps, we can finally start scheduling showings or open house tours. I like to go with you so we can chat about your likes and dislikes. Keeping it real, we rarely find the right house on the first visit, but every showing helps us gain the clarity to finding you exactly the right house.
