But if you're anything like me, you need help to know whatever it is that you don't know. You are the expert at what you do, let me be the expert for you. My experience is now your experience.

It's a fact that you *don't need* a real estate agent with you to purchase a new construction home directly from the home builder. The builder's agents are generally licensed agents and handle everything for you throughout the process including the paperwork. 

Typically, your Realtor® is not even a party to the purchase contract, just a referring agent to the transaction. 

But... having been the one of the builder's agents for the past 18 years, I've found that it helps to have an agent be a  resource to you, and have someone that is on your side and has your best interest at heart.

When you consider choosing a real estate agent, I hope that you consider me as your resource, to share industry insight and information, as someone who still has connections in the industry, and as someone who has a keen sense of understanding the process inside and out.  

Most importantly, it's nice to have an agent on your side when things go wrong. After helping manage almost 1000 real estate sales in my career, you can imagine, that all of them went absolutely perfect and exactly as they were supposed to! Lol!
