Whether you are a past client of mine, or we've never met IRL yet. I like to start by having a virtual chat via Zoom to talk about "all the things". When you get to know me, I am not all talk. I like A-C-T-I-O-N! Let's get your ideas out in the world and figure out what our next steps are together so we can make them happen. It may take a few days to get you on the market, it may take a few years. That's okay. Your next life in your next new home starts with a conversation.

Initial Consult
Depending on what we came up with in your initial consult aka initial conversation we start to work the plan. Maybe we come up with a financing plan and you chat with a lender. Maybe you start sorting through your life through all your things and start to declutter or pack. Maybe you start talking about what you really, really need in that next house (I'm looking to you bigger closet and a online friendly meeting zone/office!). Either way, we are one step forward to what's new and next.
